Registration Payment Information

Tuition is $300.00 per child.  $250.00 for additional children in the same family. 
*  Payment must accompany  registration

Make checks payable to: The Etiquette & Image Center and mail registration information with payment to PO Box 1132, Tullahoma, TN 37388

Enrollment is Limited:  Priority placement is on first come first serve basis.  We can guarantee your child a place in class if you register both a boy and girl at the same time.  This helps us keep equal numbers for class participation in dancing and other activities.  Please call Jennifer for questions  or additional information on dates and times of class.

The FALL BALL will be held at the Manchester Conference Center on SATURDAY, November 20, 2010
5 Course Instructional Dinner is included with each registration.
Dinner and Dance begins at 4:00pm until 7:00pm
